Our Aide’s quality starts with the selection process. Not everyone meets the qualities we seek in our Caregivers – Caring & Compassion. Following extensive background checks, including references, criminal and DMV checks, only those selected are invited to our Orientation. The screening of Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides includes accessing the NYS Department of Health Nurse Registry and Health Commerce System.In Orientation our Aides learn our unique approach to providing senior home care.

“The Good Samaritan Experience” — What you can expect from us
- Arrival Assurance. Our eRSP© scheduling software includes Telephony, a web-based system, that allows our Aides to use the Client’s phone to call a toll-free phone number to clock-in and clock-out. Our Client’s families have access to this information to verify the Aide’s arrival and departure. We receive a text message and email if the call is not made within 10 minutes of the scheduled arrival.
